As a side note, I've seen not-entirely-unattractive women in Bavaria carry a full dozen liter mugs at once. Five in a ring + one resting on the handles per hand. Bigger hands than mine, oddly enough.

ZOMG, Garmisch. Garmisch-Partenkirchen has the best trails ever, particularly the long canyon one. When I went, my group (at that time down to like five people) were pretty much the only ones there, and it was great.

it is seriously so great down there, trails included. Most of my family is from that area. Now I need to dig out pictures of my ride down there from Munich in my aunts '88 Fiero GT V6 all these years ago...
